The company has £10,000,000.00 company Liability Insurance and £5,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance.

Although we do not have ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 status we ensure that all our paper work will run with the requirements set down by the 9001. Complying with the ISO 14001 states you must not contaminate the Air Water or Land.

Our company Policy is that we comply with this under the Control of Pesticide Regulations 1996.

We use Chemicals designed for maximum damage on the target species and minimum to none target species and surroundings.
All Staff wear a company uniform, identification cards and standard PPE is worn by field staff at all times. Other PPE may be required which is stored in the Company Van such as Respirators and heavy duty gloves.

Risk Assessments are carried out on site annually or if any change to site is made.

All of our staff and contractors are vetted and have been CRB checked and hold Certificates for all aspects of pest control.
These are; basic Pest BPCA equivalent, advanced BPCA equivalent, Fly Control unit Engineer, Working at height regulations, confined spaces, Ladder use and Regulations, use un warring Harness, Marksman using air rifle 0.22mm, IPAF Access, PASMA access and Basic Electrical introduction.

A representative from Verminate City & Rural Pest Control Limited will drive ad hearing to speed limits set out on site.

 

Upon arrival Verminate staff will:

 

introduce themselves to your staff and sign in on the Contractors log.

• Liasse with a representative of your company asking if there has been any recent Pest Issues.

• Ask for the site folder and check that it is up to date in all areas.

• Site plan will be used if applicable to locate bait points and Insect monitors.

• Hi visual coats will be worn were required adhering to H&S regulations.

• Upon completion a report will be filled in and relayed to your representative.

• A signature for the work will be requested by a Verminate representative.

• The Summary and Pesticide check list will be filled in to comply with the Control of Pesticide Regulations 1996, ISO9001 and ISO1400.

• The signing out of the Contractors log will be performed.

• Departure from site ad hearing to speed limits set down on site.
